Autumn Canton Fair Buyer Delegation Guide: Booth Booking and Sample Shipping
Key points for China–Ukraine buyer delegations: book meeting slots early and prepare Russian/Ukrainian materials and sample lists.
This autumn's Canton Fair will again feature an import zone and an online platform. Chinese and Ukrainian buyer delegations can book meeting slots through the organiser's system.
We suggest exhibitors prepare product brochures and price lists in Russian or Ukrainian, and clarify how samples are shipped, who clears customs and who bears the cost. After on-site talks, update product information on the platform promptly so buyers can follow up online.
Note that booth construction and sample transport need ample lead time to avoid last-minute queues.
